1. Who we are

ImagenHer provides AI companion experiences featuring fictional, AI-generated adults aged 18 or older. By using ImagenHer you agree to these Terms.

2. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal adulthood in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use ImagenHer. We enforce a mandatory age-gate and attestation at signup and access.

3. Prohibited content and conduct

You agree not to generate, request, distribute, or imply any of the following:

  • Sexual or suggestive content involving anyone under 18.
  • Non-consensual sexual content (rape, incapacitation, blackmail, coercion).
  • Bestiality, necrophilia, or incest depicting family members under 18.
  • Real persons depicted nude or sexually without verifiable consent ("deepfakes"), including public figures and celebrities.
  • Content glorifying self-harm, terrorism, or violent extremism.

Violations result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balance, and if warranted, reporting to NCMEC and relevant law-enforcement agencies.

4. Subscriptions and dreamcoins

Subscriptions auto-renew through CCBill. You may cancel at any time via support.ccbill.com. Dreamcoins are a non-transferable in-platform unit used to pay for media generation; they expire upon cancellation.

5. AI outputs and memory

AI-generated text, voice, images, and video are experimental. Outputs may be biased, inaccurate, or contain unexpected content despite our filters. Chat transcripts and generated media are stored to provide the service; see Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

You retain rights to prompts you submit. ImagenHer retains rights to base models, system prompts, and platform code. You grant ImagenHer a license to display and process your content as required to operate the service.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as-is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImagenHer disclaims all warranties and limits liability to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app banner. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
